Well just in case you do, Tamara is featuring the stuff I’m not embarrassed to show (step away old banana) over on her blog. Check it!

Friday You’re So Inspired by Color

I’m quickly finding out that one of the elements that inspires me most is color. I look for unique color schemes everywhere I go and often find them in their natural form when walking, driving or traveling. I find some random color coincidentally mixed in with some other colors and say to myself, “I bet I could design a room based off these hues.”

If I would’ve been the designer behind this kitchen, perhaps my inspiration derived from a present packaged in deep, blue wrapping paper, white bow and orange tag.

Once my room is complete, I stand back and create an outfit.

Be on the lookout for appealing color schemes, apply them to your home, floral arrangements, or clothing and everyone will think you’re a color genius.

Happy Weekend,

Irene

Not Blue About Blue

Model Miranda Kerr pictured carrying yet another purse I wish belonged to me. Womp Womp Womp.

Beautiful girl, GORGEOUS bag. With a purse this vibrant, I’d let it take enter stage with any of my outfits.

This hue is just as popular and stunning in a home as well. It’s been a favorite of mine for some time now and recently used a variation of it in my laundry room. Take a look at some inspiring photos.  I love seeing it solo or mixed in with orange or pink.

Love At First Sight

As soon as I spotted this Chloé Gemma handbag on Olivia Palermo, I instantly had purse envy. The hefty price – not so envious. But this bag looks so timeless and classic I’d definitely consider purchasing it. The neutral color will allow easy versatility for even the funkiest of outfits.

The bag inspired me to create this:

A glam outfit for Mary to step into after she’s done modeling with her lamb.
